We want you to be satisfied with Linkaria. However, we understand that things don't always work out.

1. Refund Eligibility Window

Brand users can request a refund within 24 hours post-payment. Refund requests made after this 24-hour window will not be eligible for processing.

2. Administrative Charges

Please note that administrative charges of 10% will be deducted from the total refund amount for all processed refunds. This fee covers payment processing and account administration costs.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team immediately with your transaction details.

4. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
