Brand users can request a refund within 24 hours post-payment. Refund requests made after this 24-hour window will not be eligible for processing.
2. Administrative Charges
Please note that administrative charges of 10% will be deducted from the total refund amount for all processed refunds. This fee covers payment processing and account administration costs.

4. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
